Q) How long will it take to receive my order?
A) Typically, we expect to ship all orders/packages within ten business days. We will ship all domestic orders via USPS priority mail. Shipping charges are typically $5 – $10 per order, depending on order size. For any international orders, please email us regarding shipping costs and arrangements.
Q) Will the piece that I purchase look exactly as it does on the website?
A) Not always, but we promise it will be close. Because many of the stones are natural, or uniquely handcrafted, there are natural variations in color and size that ensure that each piece is unique. Therefore, a finished piece may differ slightly from the picture, but should not be meaningfully different.
Q) Do you make custom pieces tailored to customer preferences?
A) Absolutely. If you like something you see on the website, but would like it in a different color, or in a slightly different variation, please contact us as vivavocedesigns@hotmail.com and we can discuss the possibility of a custom design.
Q) What are the differences between Sterling Silver, Hill Tribe Silver, and Saki Silver?
A) Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% pure silver, and 7.5% other metal alloys. Hill Tribe silver is typically composed of 95% to 96% pure silver, making it softer and more malleable than Sterling silver. Saki silver is typically Hill Tribe silver, but sometime Sterling silver - meaning that it can contain anywhere from 92.5% to 96% pure silver. Vermeil is gold plated silver.
Q) How should I care for my jewelry?
A) Almost all items from the Viva Voce Designs line include sterling silver (or higher percentage silver) components. To prevent (or slow) the tarnishing process, you should store all of your jewelry in an airtight container. Ziploc bags are a great and inexpensive way to store your silver jewelry at home. If a piece does begin to tarnish, polish it gently with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Q) Do you offer repair or resizing?
A) Yes, any item can be repaired or resized. Both repair and resizing costs will depend on the amount of work required. Please email vivavocedesigns@hotmail.com with any requests and we will make the necessary arrangements over email.
Q) What is your return policy?
A) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us and we will send return instructions. Any undamaged item can be returned within 15 days for a full refund (less shipping costs).

A) Absolutely. At no time will we ever share any of your personal information.
